Umm, cap musta just come off as I was parking. It didn't wallow out the hole at all so it's still usable.
As far as I know it was a snap ring on a 760. :eeek:
Blew a u-joint cap in the Ranger Station parking lot on the way to Naches.
Had a spare, tossed it on and wheeled it just fine. Still have the other one in my jeep needing a new u-joint. :haha:
New (to me) w/31's... it was so pretty!:
The start of the bling, still w/ 31's: (check out them wiper arms! :redneck:)
It got some 33's and fenders:
Then along came the 35's and some lift and beefier steering::cheer:
You must have been drunk...since they are Beards. :flipoff:
The seats were great when I first got them, but as a daily driver they don't last too long and I can barely see over the steering wheel now that they are mashed down a bit. :booo:
I didn't put any new dents in my Jeep.
I did however manage to kill my first u-joint...at the Enumclaw ranger station on the way to Naches! :haha: (Thanks to Corey who helped swap it out, and Kim for stepping on the brake and taking pics!) So I got a fresh 297 joint ready for some action...
Shelly, I had the same thing happen with mine on a not-so-good spot @ Evans Creek.
I just ended up re-routing the lines on top of the frame as opposed to running alongside it. So far so good.
