Are the RD132 really that quiet? The old 23's you can see the actual engagement through a hole. And definitely hear it. So can you get enough moisture from a compressor into the ARB to do damage? Rust it internally or anything.

The best 90 Ive seen on a HF bender was with a custom die made from a rope shiv built up on the sides a little. It was a complete 1/2 circle that was about 16" across. The die would barley fit between the rollers on the widest setting. It would do 1.75 .095 wall fairly good, and a 90 no prob.

Nice, but a dial indicator will get you on the money. .015" is a good minimum run out. Once the tube is tacked to the yokes, spot heating the tube near the yoke and quenching it with water will help pull the run out into spec. Looks stout though. What are your yokes, the long ones to be precise?

A MSD 8777 will do the job, mine pulls fuel through the toyota in tank pump.

Did you pull the top off the intake and check the return regulator? Inherent problem. What are you using for intake and air filter? Fuel pressure is very important with these motors. Its all a lot of work but it will be worth it.
