    You can save a LOT of money doing most of the kit yourself. Only a few things are really needed that most people just can't manufacture themselves. The kits are just convenient for most. But a 12 valve in an OBS is about as common as you can get.

    You have sports already? The non sports are no good. Doesn't matter which bulbs you toss in.

    The aftermarket projection lights are garbage, don't waste your money on those. The 99-02 Sport lights with some good bulbs in them is your best bet.

    On an 02 you can check for codes by turning the key from off to on three times.

    The fuel sending units in those trucks are known to go bad. Mine use to bounce all over the place.

    Yes to everything there. Any codes? They can be a pain the get started after running them dry. I always have to crack some lines to get them going again. Not a good idea to run any diesel that low..
