The Wrongfield wont last as long as the OG Dirty 30's. Save some pennies, buy RCV's and pull your used and replacement shafts out and put them in the toolbox as spares. I went through this exact issue.

Crimped is my preference. Make some spares and just keep them in the toolbox of the truck back at camp.

Pretty much this...in NC the 05+ axles run around $550 and the 00-04 run around the same since its a D60 but they will pop up from time to time for $2-300. A buddy just recently got a set of matching 4.10 05+ axles out of a truck for $550. Don't totally dismiss the Sterling. It will take a whompin.

Nailed it. On my old '02 I had my TS redone by PHP and it really woke the truck up.

I still think the kid has some wicked issues, but considering all of Doc's buggies which were at his shop were out at EJS last week, I have a feeling the Bombers were put on the back burner to get the other ones prepped for the Moab trip. That said, EJS is over so let's see some progress on...
