How are you liking the seats? I wish I could've made them work on my single cab. BTW: Truck looks awesome!

If you have a shop that is fairly free of moisture I would reccomend the National Standard Copper Free. Thats what I use at work and it seems to be very quality. Their claim is that your liners last longer because there is no copper coating to flake off and gum up your liner. Just my 2 cents.

Right now it is but I am going to support it out at the fenders. I want to leave the area in front of the tires as open as possible so I'll probably do it out of 1" and bend it to keep it up tight. I also need to add some gussets to put some small led's in for blinkers.

I will hopefully have it back in the shop this week to mount my new tires. I'll snap some shots of it then.

I'm going to finish up some bracing on the bumper tomorrow and make the mount for my fairlead then do some bracing on the core support as I cut a lot of it out to get the winch tucked in. I'll probably also add some small amber LED's for turn signals.

So I built this truck about two years ago and haven't done much with it since. It needs a new housing and I have one ready to go in. I have slider's built for it and I just built the front bumper for it today with the help of skinny pedal. Will probably work on a rear bumper in the near future.

I'll give Mike at Killer paint a second reccomendation as well. Awesome work and good guys. Sly-yota, was Rob's accident in Duvall? My boss had a friend who was killed on his motorcycle in Duvall and it sounds like it could be the same guy. Hit a mid sized sedan with a couple younger people...

    Project Trail Ninja

not trying to start ****, but just leave the springs alone with a single shackle and no buggy spring. leaf springs are only going to work so well, and they are designed to work just as they are. any additions like double shackles or buggy springs just screws em up.

    Cage Criticism (flame on!)

that looks good dude. thats the cleanest/simplest way to do it. also, if you want to do it out of 1" we have a 20' stick right now that I could cut some pieces to accomplish that. I also have some tabs that you could just weld to those tubes running across and bolt your seat directly to them...

    Cage Criticism (flame on!)

also, if you plan it out before you bend anything, and you plan on welding the pads to the floor, you can build them up as boxes. then when you're all tacked and you left yourself room you can slide them off the boxes and it will drop down as much as the height of the box.
