    12v Cummins Problems

The hoses do go bad after time on those--done a couple and a couple lift pumps that leaked. You starting issue is more than likely an injection pump timing issue or just a pump on its way out.

    12v Cummins Problems

No--no way you can damage a turbo like that unless it was already damaged so to speak.

    Underdrive pulleys?

Its very possible. Even 1" can have a drastic chance in circumference. I can see going smaller on something like an alt but for the crank that seems ass backwards for a wheeler,

    Dana 300 4-1 LoMax gears

I am thinking if it was in my old toy it would be hardly noticeable but damn near sitting on my t-case I suspect thats making it easier to hear.

    Dana 300 4-1 LoMax gears

Just standard 80-90w. And it just might be normal but I can hear it without having to listen for it. But I am also damn near sitting on the t-case.

    Finally....Da new rig..

And they screw right to the speaker box and I added foam to the inside of the covers on the outer edge and the foam sis against the amp so they don't make any noise. I also got some 90 degree rca adapters so they fit under the covers. First trip out and didn't even notice them.

    Finally....Da new rig..

So started playing with some aluminum and my sheet metal brake. Here is what I came up with and once I built one I was able to make a mirror image of it for the other amp.

    Finally....Da new rig..

So I really contemplated when I built the rig on making covers over the amps since the buttons/knobs will be facing upward and get water/dirt in them. I found nothing really happened out on the trail but towing water was getting on the amps.

    Finally....Da new rig..

So every year we do our annual hangover/snow run. Well I wanted to try and see what I could so about doing a windshield. So since it was kind of an experiment I went down to the hardware store and got as piece of that cheap plexyglass. So after a bunch of templates I came up with a pretty slick...
