I ran this access trail which is 10 minutes from my house, 5 minutes from work. It was a cold, but I had fun. 38 MPH with the TH400 in 3rd, 203 in high and the 205 in 4 low, It handles great. I am doing some shock and air bump tuning today, I might go see what high range and a few tweaks will do.

I had the same problem with my TH400. I bought a rebuilt trans from CL and it had a RMVB. Wasn’t sure who made the VB. I googled the P/N on the purple plate, turned out to be a TCI RMVB. I called them and the tech guy said I had a 221100. I downloaded the PDF instructions and went to town...

I have a TCI 221201 in mine. Works well.

I would check the o-rings where the gun connects to the drive rollers. They are easily torn or damaged, letting shielding gas out. I have had a Miller gun go bad at the crimp at the gun end. Twisting the gun one way would let the gas out, twisting it another would close the loose crimp and it...

May need to go with a custom radiator. I need to put the hood on tomorrow to see if this will work.

The shock mounts clear the hood by 1". I like that I am able to get a 16" shock under the hood, without cutting.

Got a little done this week and weekend. Rolled the center to match the cowl, bent the corners as close as I could. Matched up pretty well. Onto the engine bay this week

I figured out the roof. It's not done, but I like the direction it's going. This gives me about 2" more above my head. The rear will continue down the the back corner as well.
