hey brad the hydraulic cylinder you mentioned is comonly used on tilt deck trailers..... they use a hose from the rod port to the base port with a common needle valve in between so you can choke down the orifice and control the rate the fluid can transfer from port to port :) Ok looks like i am...

does anybody happen to have any pictures of what they look like on the inside. I am going to be building 4 from scratch for my samurai and was wondering what the pistons look like and used for valving.

ive got both just prefer the mill you get a better cut and less chatter. But on the other hand the lathe works good to and you can do it in the time it takes to set up the mill. You can use any boring head you have i just picked a generic name.... Hell i use a import model becuase i dont use it...

all it takes is a mill and a criterian boring head.......

fleetpride is much cheaper then drivelines....
