Really who gives a **** and why does it matter if the hikers/ carpet munchers/ whoever has a gate around their area? What is this third grade where Jimmy has a ball at recess and we don't? The fact is our areas currently need a gate to help protect what we have. Until the "big" problem is fixed...

Honestly very few are hands on. There are just so many people involved all they have to do is join a club like Cascade for like $30I a year and hire big buck lobyists. Cascade has a full time staff of like 20 sum odd people.
And this proves your point. Bike riders are a very well organized and well backed group. Many of the things we have is because we fought for them and won!.. Though not paying taxes isn't one of those things.

On the other side of that coin it's much like the racing that I do. I'm the underdog and in reality I don't have a prayers chance in hell of being consistently competitive- it's a real challenge for me. Either way you go it has to be fun or why else would you do it?:corn:
Couple of things here.... First off the question was about where buggies wheel yet 99.9% of the responses are from people who don't have a buggy. Not saying the buggy guys don't complain but the complaints you usually hear are from others....... So many people write about the OM and how much...
There are more buggies around here then you probably think. What's boring is just perception of the driver. Not everyone has to be challenged to have fun....
I'm with you on much of this Mark except allowing more run time in a day is often not possible. Often times the tracks are busy all day as it is. Given that there are ways to improve things IMHO.
