That is a few miles down skate creek rd FR 52 towards packwood at the base of High rock peak Trail head and its about 6 mi from the FR92 to Elbe hills .If you want piece and quiet go there but being in elbe hills camping is more convenient for trail repairs and being close to camp.

I Texted thim they had there kids w/ them got them back safe. sounds like they got it handled broken tired dead winch stuck in snow.

We have parked at the fire station by the park side of the parking lot when the snow was deep numerous times with no problems.

Wouldn't want to be stuck up when they closed it thats would be shitty.wonder if they run through the park before they evacuate it:eeek: Not that it matters have no interests in going up there since last time they did all road closures and gatekeeper BS:puke:

When the DNR guy came by camp saturday he mentioned the horse riderz were also having a work party over that way Iam sure he had a long day.... First time meeting him down to earth guy was substituting for Nancy.

nov 19,20,21 We will be there camping there hopefully the weather not too bad to get the RV up in there.friend is anxious to test out his new toy he been building for the last yr turned out great so know its time to break it in .So the more the merrier trying to get a capable crew together...
