Sold/Expired 10'-14' Uhaul box truck body with "mom's attic"

I'm looking for a 10'-14' Uhaul box truck body with "mom's attic" to put on the front of my gooseneck trailer. The closer to North Alabama the better. I believe the 14' box has a 10'-11' floor which is ideal.

The plan is to use it as a glorified tent/ garage and still be able to haul my buggy and two Rzr's on my 30' trailer.

What year? Aluminum box? What kind of shape?
I'm really wanting the mom's attic but I will keep you in mind.

460 engine new timing chain and balancer installed 4 years ago. Parked shortly thereafter but was running when parked.
