Sold/Expired 18' Dovetail Trailer w/ Electric Brakes

Im selling my 2015 18' Dovetail Trailer. I bought it new 3 months ago, and sold my crawler and no longer need it. It has Electric Brakes, Pin in 4' Ramps, Led Marker lights on the sides, 6 Ply 205/75/15 Taskmaster Radial Tires, and Greaseable axles. Is this trailer 18' on the flat or overall, and what is the wheel base on that sammi?

The trailer is 6'-10" (82") between the fenders and 18' total long. I don't have the Sami anymore so I can't measure the wheelbase length wise. I would guess with tire bulge it was 84" wide and went inside the fenders.
