it needs driveshafts to drive,and a alternator,but it will crank up,it was a driver until he pulled some parts to put on other projects,as far ***les i would have to ask but i dont think so because in alabama anything older than 74 model dont need any to register or insure,let me know what kind of pics you need and i will try to get some
