Built by More Power in 2010: 1989 351 Windsor bored .040 over with flat top pistons, offroad Thumpr Comp cam, GT40 heads match machined and roller rockers, Edelbrock Torker 2 intake, FAST fuel injection system, EFI distributor.
TRANSMISSION:
Ford C6 built to handle motor and offroad abuse with cooling fan mounted in rear of Jeep. Includes spare parts C6.
TRANSFERCASE:
Twin stick NP205 transfer case.
AXELS:
Front HP Dana 60 king pin out of a 79 Ford 1ton. Has 5.38 Yukon gears and a heavy diff cover. It has welded on C's for radius arms. Disc brakes. Yukon 35 spline outers. Yukon lock outs with Grizzly locker.
Rear Dana 60 out of a 79 Ford 1ton. Has 5.38 Yukon gears with 35 spline Yukon shafts and a full spool with disc brakes.
LIFT:
1 inch body lift with spring over axle lift.
SUSPENCIAN:
Front 16” Fox 2.0” nitrogen shocks.
Rear XJ springs reversed to push axle back 6”. Custom anti axle wrap bar.
WHEELS:
(5) New 2015 39.5” Iroks on H1 double beadlock wheels re-centered with 3.5” back spacing, rock rings and inner bead stiffener. Includes (5) 31” roller wheels.
BODY:
Comp cut wheel wells. No rust. Rock slides. Custom roll cage tied in to frame. Stainless steel hood, windshield and door hinges. Stainless steel grill not yet installed. New windshield frame not yet installed. Hiline hood vent not installed yet. Includes half doors with standard soft uppers and slider uppers. YJ Bestop Supertop soft top and hardware. Racing seats with 4-point harnesses tied in to roll cage. Full belly pan/skin plate. 11 gallon RCI fuel cell.
FENDERS:
Custom flat fenders front and rear, made to handle abuse (tree rubbing).
BUMPERS:
Custom front and rear bumpers made of ¼” steel. Front includes custom stinger. Rear includes swing tire carrier that will handle a 42” tire or 1,500 pounds. Quadratic 9000 pound winch.
STEERING:
PSC Hydro steering with extra reservoir and larger power steer pump.
Includes any spare parts I can find in barn like new spare front drive shaft, rear slip yoke with U-joint, hoods, bikini top, cargo dust cover and new upper door windows.
