I have a 1997/1999 Crawler-Hauler gooseneck camper for sale in Minnesota.

This setup is one of the best that I have seen personally, the camper pedestal was built by a machinist friend of mine and the camper is solidly mounted to the trailer. The camper is held onto the trailer via the custom pedestal and 4 turnbuckle tie-downs for extra insurance.

The whole setup was done by a friend of mine in the early 2000's who owned it up until this past year. Everything was meticulously maintained and cared for. There is a folder with every receipt, note, customization and maintenance documentation since it was bought brand new in 1999.

Some specs for the 1999 Coachmen Camper.
It is a Side-entry setup
40 gallon freshwater tank
6gallon atwood electric ignition water heater
28" flat screen mounted on a swivel to be able to be seen from the bed or kitchen area.
3000 watt inverter generator wired thru a 30 amp automatic transfer switch incase there is low voltage at the campground.
13,500 BTU AC that works perfectly.
dual 20# propane tanks that feed the furnace, water heater, external grill, stove/oven and refrigerator.
Dometic model RM 2552 refrigerator, runs off either 110v AC or propane.
Full shower with separate toilet. (no sitting on the toilet and showering at the same time like other campers).
Typical fold down kitchen table / bed.
Tons of storage compartments and a decent sized closet.
Rubber roof and seamless sides with no leaks whatsoever.
Full-length awning to the passenger side.

1997 28' Gooseneck low-deck trailer.

Tandem 7,000# axles
2-5/16 coupler.
Electric over hydraulic landing gear with camper jacks mounted for stability.
Kodiak electric over hydraulic disc brake conversion <- the cats ass. My F-350 stops better with the trailer attached than my truck by itself.
Brand new tires and wheels - less than $1,500 miles on them.
20 gallon fuel tank mounted under the trailer deck for filling up the wheeling rig.

Asking $13,000 Will deliver 250 miles from St. Paul Minnesota for full asking price.
Trailer is currently being stored at one of my family member's houses in Hastings, Minnesota.

I can deliver a few hundred miles. If you are a serious buyer I could take it the majority of the distance.
