1997 vw jetta no run!

Well long time no post but heres the deal. 1997 jetta 2.0 5 spd gt was going to get some yaki on lunch today, and about a quarter mile of driving it starts cutting out and dies. Have spark, 13 volts to the fuel pump fuse but only 4 volts at the pump wtf? hot wired the pump to a good battery gets good fuel pressure still wont start. going to replace the relay tommorow! throw some ideas at me

Ill look at the belt are they interference engines its got 200 on the clock

my guess is the timing belt is either worn out or broke. Pretty easy to check. Should be able to take the inspection cover off. Passenger side of motor. Few clips hold it in place. Easy to replace as well.

girl at work was having similar problem. it was a vacume leak.
