1998 XJ (with Title)

4.0 w/ 83,000 +/-

AW4 w/ skidplate

Flipped Dana 300, twin-sticked with 4.1 kit

42" PBRs with two rides on them

17" Raceline Beadlocks

Dana 60s Front/Rear, HP Balljoint Front, 5.13s, 35-splines, Spool in the back, locker in front, ECGS Drive Slugs. Chromolys'

RoughStuff Antiwrap Bar

Ironman 4x4 stretch kit, shackle brackets and adjustable shackles, new springs, new shocks and hardware

Coil sprung front w/ new springs and shocks

Stinky Fab Racing long arm kit (three-link) with aluminum links and Johnny Joints.

Full hydro with SE farm ram, but everything else is PSC (resy, lines, orbital, pump, cooler etc.)

Aluminum radiator with electric fans

Warn winch with synthetic

Full interior cage tied into the sliders/frame stiffeners

Frame Stiffeners front to back

Interior and rock lights

Genright Aluminum fuel cell with XJ fuel pump and powder-coated steel enclosure

New Corbeaus and harnesses, heated seats

Rough County MLC-6 (Multiple Light Controller Box) Like a sPOD

Tight fit upfront with the interior cage. I'm 6'0 with an athletic build and I fit fine, just not a lot of room for heftier fellas. I'm sure you can modify the seat brackets etc. to make it work, but that's up to you to figure out.

Rig starts on time, every-time. Not a single check engine light. The engine is quiet and free from issues, as one would expect from a 4.0 with 83,000 miles on it. All new sensors, new alternator, o2 sensors all work etc.

Took a lot of time to get her to this point from when I bought it, because I'm a bit particular on some things.

The only issue I can think of is the TC leaks some gearoil (I believe from the shift rails). But it's a flipped Dana 300, so if it doesn't leak oil that just means you're outta oil.

This would be a reliable turn-key rig for somebody. No real good reason on why I'm selling, just freeing up some funds to go and mess with something else I reckon and I've got other rigs. Let me know if you have any questions.

Well there's a screen name I haven't seen since the 4x4Grace days. Nice rig man. GLWS

I used to ride Tellico with Johnny that was on 4x4grace, he had a built YJ and a Toyota truck for his son. I wonder if he is still into wheeling??

Johnny Sherman, wheeled with him a lot back in the day. One of the best guys I've ever met. Haven't seen him in years. Talked to him on the phone once a year or two ago, and keep up with him on FB. He sold the YJ years ago I believe, not sure about the Yota. If he does any wheeling now I believe it's SXS.
