The BAD
I've spent right at $5000.00 at two trans shops in the past year.
First shop pulled it 4 time and had a delay in reverse.He turned into an Ass wipe after the warranty ran out.
Second shop swore he could fix it .After 3 pull outs he also turned into a ass wipe after the warranty ran out.
I'm through with transmission work.A two wheel drive trans will work by just swapping out the tail shaft cover.The trans now shifts good for a few days and then all at once for a day or so it will shift and hold in second or third sometimes.

Sorry forgot those........4X4 and since the last time they pulled the trans the switch on the dash don't engage.This has happen about every other time they pulled it.Prolly just the wires.Truck has 303,000 miles.I'll send pics tomorrow.I also have a 80 or 90 Hp hypertech chip that I like in it very much.I took it out when someone said the shift problem could be in the solenoids.
