Listing this up for a friend of mine. 2004 F250 XLT, Crewcab shortbed 4x4 with the 6.0 powerstroke and auto. Currently 215k on the clock, serviced regularly. Everything works great and the truck shows really well for its age/mileage. Granted there are some dings, dents and scratches and the spray in bedliner could use some touchup, but overall a very nice truck for the money. At 203k the truck received a new #4 injector, FI control module, upper and lower balljoints and an alignment. All other major service work was performed at the local Ford dealership:
185k - new serpentine belt
150k - new brakes
122k - new a/c compressor
109k - new EGR and oil cooler
99k - new flywheel, starter and carrier bearing
The only thing I am aware of that does not work is the DVD player...circuit city did a bad installation job and the power wires got pinched....run some new power and ground wires and it should be good to go...2nd vehicle is an expedition with DVD so he never bothered to fix the wires in the truck.
