This buggy was complete middle of 2010 and has been on around 15 trips in 6 months. The buggy has also beat some big names and took 1st place in the 2010 ECORS unlimited racing series. Well Over $35,000 in parts on this one. Tons of receipts. A lot of details in this buggy that cannot be seen very well in pics… This buggy is comfortable Trail machine or a very fast proven racer. Very dependable. Wash it off and go ride the next weekend..

Buggy weighs around 3600lbs wheelbase is 110â€
Chassis is built from 1 3/4†120 wall dom and has extra triangulation where needed. Also has .188 Rock rails for taking extra punishment.full powder coated chassis and running Custom real fj metal front clip.Belly pan is covered in removable ½†HDPE plastic
2002 5.7 LS1 with a little over 60,000 miles, with trap door baffles in the windage tray.(improved racing) Full harness and computer burn from Jims performance.(350HP+) 2.5†exhaust Runs to flowmaster race muffler. ceramic coated headers from Speedway motors, and all exhuast has been wrapped. All gauges are Autometer Cobalts…
Completely rebuilt th350 with warranty rated for 500 hp by the builder. 4 months of riding on it. Art Carr shifter. Trans has large Spal fan finned cooler in front.. It is hooked to a New 2 speed atlas with 3.0 low range unit.
Axles are front and rear steering Spider 9 Axles with 35 spline chromoly inner and outer shafts, with drive flanges, 35 spline spool in the Rear. The front is a Yukion Grizzly locker(Like a detroit but better) Yukon unbreakable u joints(rear) (High strength Danas in front) both have Built to the max nodular case low pinion ford 9" centers 538 gears. All built by the masters at ECGS.
Brake lines are Poly coated braided stainless from front to back. Brake masters are new wilwood dual resorvoir . and the throttle is Lokar.
Steering Full hydraulic kit brand new rams,(double ended in the rear) orbital,lines, fittings and rear steer valves. Most All form psc motorsports. It has the high performance PSC pump for ls motors and is very fast, and strong steering. Removable steering wheel.Steering arms front and rear are From Jimmys outback offroad and are beefy and sexy. Both tie rods are custom design on the inner side of the axle so that no contact with rock is possible and a large increase in approach and departure angle is increased. All tie rods are 1.5†.25 wall dom and use chromoly heims on each.
Shocks are new Bilstien 2.0 Coilovers Front and rear.(valved with Magic KOH valving) Also has bilstien 2.0 bumps in the front. Poly performance limiting quad limiting straps all around.
Suspension links are jhonny joints and dom material. Has 7075 Aluminum lower links.
Has new warn 8000lb winch with poly rope
Rear has warn 2500 lb winch with ply rope
Tires are 40†STICKY Maxxis Treps 90% on 17†Raceline aluminum beadlocks.
Seats are Corbeau Ultra ss with 5 point Corbeau padded harnesses(AND ARE HEATED)
Has marine amp. Hooked to Wake board speakers behind seats. Perfect for ipod/mp3 player
Rock ligts by vision. Dancing Kind... And a backup light
Custom Wrap on the side and hood that the Design guy can cut and reprint for very cheap compared to custom paint. Yet most people are fooled that it is custom paint.
