22re valve adjustment....HELP!

noticed my valves clattering little bit louder today and can tell they need adjustment, anyone need to make some extra cash before thursday. i need help with these and ive never touch valves:corn:

I dont want to help but there is really nothing easier than a 22re. low spot on lobe and feeler gauges..

22re valves are noisy, it's when they go quiet that you should worry.

well when i bought it, it was totaly rebuilt and done right. basically brand new motor. i noticed the other day at when i starting reving the motor to get moving valves make some noise, to much valve lash. but when i let off its gone?
