This came off of my 5000# short drum winch. I just use the tubes on my buggy now. $25 shipped in a flat rate box.

Ah that's a lil small. Mine is a 6000lb, but it's the same size as the warn/tmax/etc competition winches.

I built a short drum m8000 I got a fair lead off ebay it was in the $25 price range

All that i have found are in the $40+ shipping range.

I can find regular size ones all day in the $20-25 range, wonder what's up with that

That first one is standard size.
