The 1997 United Trailer Enclosed Gooseneck is 28' long overall with roughly 8' gooseneck portion and remainder in floor area. Dual 5,200-pound Torsion axles, both with brakes, 3" lift with Load Range E 16" tires.
Bathroom with RV toilet, separate shower, residential hot water heater.
Queen size bed on the gooseneck. Also fit a King size bed.
30 amp electric with breaker box. Single AC unit with upgraded heat strip (hot heat to ~40*).
19-gallon black tank; 43-gallon gray tank; 50-gallon freshwater tank; 12-gallon hot water heater.
Refrigerator, kitchen sink, microwave, toaster over, and tons of built-in storage inside via latching cabinets and overhead storage options. Fold up tabletop along the driver's side as well. Lots of storage under the gooseneck portion as well for spare parts, batteries, fluids, etc. Does not have a "city water hookup" but could be added.
9" offset hitch for short bed trucks and comes with the square hitch receiver. It has a propane grill that attaches to the side and a brand-new awning in-box ready to be installed. The current awning works as is but has some tape and pinholes here and there.
Weighs between 8,000-8,500 completely empty (so no camping stuff, extra parts, or water). Bought it one day and moved everything into it the next so no truly empty weight.
Has enough room for 120" wheelbase 4-seat buggy with room for generator, coolers etc. in the kitchen area, or fit my 111" wheelbase buggy with plenty of storage in the kitchen area, under the buggy, and behind the buggy too. Bathroom and bed accessible with buggy inside too.
