2nd annual March of Dimes ride for babies

Saturday April 14
This is a Essentially offroad sponsored event for the march of dimes. This will be at Wheeling in the country off-road park. They will be making a substantial portion of the entry fee be donated to the March of dimes. Tshirts will be available at this event with 100% of the money being taken for the march of dimes. We had a great turn out for this event last year with very short notice. This year we hope to double the amount of people that attend! This is for a great cause. This ride is to help BABIES!! Everyone should be in line..

I see that it is the same date. The ride was going to be the last weekend in march.. WITC said they were going to be closed that weekend and informed us that the date was going to be April 13, 14. We have to go by the schedule they allow us?? I still hope it will be a great turn out.

UPDATE!!! april 13,14,15 ....We talk to them at Wheelin in the country. They said that all of the camp sites,cabins and bunk houses are booked. Looks like this is going to be a great turn out.

Thanks john. We were going to ride the whole weekend anyway. They told us that they would donate proceeds from the entire weekend to the march of dimes on our last phone call. So that would make it a complete weekend for the march of dimes :dblthumb:

Thanks wizzo.. That is awesome.. This is definitly for a great cause. If you or someone you know has ever had a baby in the NICU. You know first hand how important this is. If not you have been blessed.

From what I have been told by Carrie is that the mule day ride is april 13 14??? The city of columbia is having mule day the 31 1.. But from what she is telling us is that they are not riding that weekend? To be very honest Im not exactly sure how or why???? I am just going by what she has told us?

yes i call him today the park is open 3/31/12 and 4/1/12 open ride weekend and
the march of dimes and mule day ride is 4/14/12 and 4/15/12
but the mule day parade is 3/31/12 we locals going to ride both weekends

I know it isnt the offical mule day ride but is there anybody still planning on riding this weekend? If I get steering put back together I would like to ride up and try it out. But never liked riding alone and cant find anyone wanting to go around here.
