2 tires that I bought recently, in excellent condition, 90% tread or better, wore evenly, no plugs/patches etc. (the plan was to run these, and buy 2 new ones, but I found another deal and ended up buying 4 other tires)

These tires are ~$330/each everywhere online, so save $80 per tire and buy these 2!

I just put 4 used ones of these on my truck and I would gladly buy these 2 from you,

but I'm in W Louisiana.

Yeah I can put em on a pallet and you can schedule a pick-up, or maybe just ship them UPS/FedEx ground with a shipping label stuck to them?

That's usually how tires come when I've ordered them in the past, but I've never shipped any that way myself.
