Located in Knoxville TN. Wheels are 16.5x8.5 w/ 4"bs and have rockrings as well as a 3/16" safety bead welded to the inner and outer bead seat to keep them inplace and I've run these repeatedly at 6-7psi. Tires have the usual scrapes and scratches but no plugs or patches and they do not leak. Tires are approx 65% front and 75% rear with majority of wear on center.
