Sold/Expired 4.0, AX15, and Dana 35 rear end

These are out of a 91 yj that I'm doing a 5.3 swap in. I'm not sure on the milage but motor runs good and trans shifts good. The owner said that it was loosing coolant. I'm not sure what this stuff is worth but I would like to get it out of my yard. I'll start at $650.00 for motor and transmission and say $100.00 for the rear end. These are obo so make me an offer. Does the trans grind any when shifting? How much for just trans?

Yea I will split them. I'll take 300 for the trans and no grinding it shifted good before it was pulled.
