1988 Samurai, 4.3 from a VIP cabin cruiser, 3 speed Saginaw trans, factory axles and tcase. This Sami was my daily driver every summer for 5 years (put 4k mikes on it). Motor is around 10to1 and has full length headers, a mid-rise marine intake (same as an edelbrock in iron), and 4 barrel quadrajet carb (approx 230 horsepower). I've wasted many a mustang around town in this thing :****: believe it or not it'll pull a tire in all 3 gears flashemifyougotem .

Body is near perfect and has a clear ***le. I have owned it for 7 years and it cleans up really nice. Here's the bad:

It will NOT move under it's own power right now. The last time I popped a wheelie for a bunch of damn kids I smashed both rear spring perches and pitched the rear driveshaft. Fix those two little things and you'll be back on the road. It needs a new top, the suspension lift is all ghetto fab drop brackets, the windshield is cracked, and the 38s are dryrotted. Other than that, it's about perfect. Runs great, shifts fine, clutch is good, etc.

I have always had big plans for this thing. Some cheap air shocks, fj80 or waggy 44s, and some tcase gears, and this thing would be one of the nicest around. So, what's a straight bodied, 4.3, ***led Sami worth? I'm asking $2200 and need to sell, Let me know if you're interested, Thanks, Tyler (256) 738-0471

Here's some quick pics I took after dragging it out from under the trees and spraying it off with a hose

any interior pics? what kind of mpg did it get as a DD?

I don;t mind cleaning it up and getting you some interior pics if you're seriously interested. I got a consistent 17mpg using it as a daily driver. I expect it would get 20-22 with an overdrive transmission. Right now it turns 3200 rpm @ 60. So, that'd help it a ton

Interior is above average. All stock except it has a sheet metal transmission hump, middle 3 ac vents were replaced with gauges, & new seats were installed in 5 years ago

I will get yall some more pics tomorrow night. Also, I will reinstall the driveshaft so that it can be driven up onto a trailer, or a short test drive, but I do not want to sell it as a running/driving vehicle (even though it is), because the perches really do need to be re-welded before it's driven out on the highway.

Damn thing is a head turner, that's for sure! :****: Especially with that awesome Coon Hunter sticker. You probably don't want to drive it through the hood. :afro: probably won't think it's to funny. molaugh
