4.3 with spider out of 95 blazer questions

I have a 95 s10 blazer with a 4.3 and I changed to a turbo 350 transmission and flashed cpu and it runs low horsepower. weak as hell.... I want my power back. how do I do that?

I would contact whoever programed the ECU and follow their guidelines for troubleshooting low power.
Off the top of my head would be.
Fuel Pressure under load.
Engine timing.
Sensor issue.

I replaced every sensor that would cause that issue and fuel pressure is good its at 60psi.

I got one of these engines in my sammy, factory setting on timing is 0 degrees at idle, my set there is the biggest turd ever! i advanced mine to about 15 degrees at idle, lot more pep, but it messes with the idle some, causing it to surge up and down when in park, pulling the timing up makes it idle higher, so the computer is constantly trying to adjust that.
