87 Toyota on full size frame dana 60 front 14 bolt rear on 40s easyest and cheapest way to 4 link any suggestions and info greatly appreciated

Yeah, we need more info. That's kind of a vague question.

I'd def say using Ruff Stuff heims (priced fair and good reputation)

Also, air shocks will be cheaper to run than coilovers or ORI struts, but performance will also be sacrificed. Depends on what you wanna do with it.

Like I said, give us more details.

Tha truck right now frame is cut behind tha cab has a bearing so it pivots in tha middle got a lot of wheel hop out of it when i get on slate rock hill with it . So i thought i would weld frame up 4 link front and rear it has leaf srings rides ruff too . So i got to have something to hold tha truck up and flex too coilover shocks are to expensive for me right now so what would yall do ?????

I would remove, weld the bearing and go back to a ridged frame. Tons on flex is overrated. Having a stable rig makes for a better wheeling in my opinion.
There are a few areas where you can save some coin and not sacrifice performance.
Links-use 2"x.250" wall square tubing, very strong for the $$ some people just don't care for the look.
Run a DOM/ bushing at the chassis and a hiem at the axle.
Use OEM coils like a Jeep TJ,XJ front or tons of other options.
Use a conventional shock..Rancho etc.

From there you could upgrade to some tuneable/rebuildable shocks like a Fox or Bilstien or Air Shock or Coilovers.

Do not skimp the link mounts and truss. When they let go, it makes for a baaaaaad day.

I am about to 4 link front end of my Toyota and the first bit of parts I bought were brand new Fox 2.0 coilovers. The rest of the junk needed to link it will cost about the same as what the coilovers costed, plus I'm paying someone labor costs too. Good heims, dom tubing, axle truss, brackets, tabs, shock hoops, etc. Ain't none of it cheap. Don't forget good bolts, and spacers for heims too. It all adds up to where coilovers are not as expensive as they seem if you do a 4 link setup with good material.

I say a bonus would be if you could find some used heims, used coilovers, used air shocks, etc. Air shocks are about half price, maybe a little less, than coilovers. But you need to do research on them and how to set them up where they work descent. Air shocks work the best with very little shaft showing, roughly 4-6 inches.

Barnes 4wd heims

square tube lower links (2x2 1/4" wall, also use it to make axle trusses)

roll cage tube upper links

generic tabs from DIY4x

bolts from tractor supply (bulk weight price)

Jeep springs

white shocks

^ Cheapest you can do it "RIGHT" for.

Damn thats spot on right there! I just got two boxes of Barnes heims in and they look just as good as any and are cheaper than Ruffstuff on his best sale day. Im not knocking Ruffstuff they make a good product but there shipping has got pretty crazy.....used to ship in flatrate, I guess not any more. Make your own tabs with 4.5" grinder or cutting torch whatever you got. Bolts fo sho on the TSC.
