1. Would it be possible to easily add a 3rd rear seat to make it seat 5?
2. Are you interested in any partial trades for parts to finish whatever you are working on?

I think you could redo the tranny tunnel and add a larger rear bench. That would be the safest way to add a fifth seat. Then you could tie in to the existing tube for the seat harness. As far as trades go, I am to the point that I need specific small stuff like 3/4 ton brake calipers and wheel studs. I have all of the big stuff engine, tranny, T-cases, suspension, seats, harnesses, axles and steering . If you like hit me up with your number via a P.M. and I will call you.
