40x13.50-17 sx2 ?s

Who's running this specific tire? Do you like it? With it being a LRE tire how does the sidewall flex? Did it "grow" after break in, I mean actually get close to 40".

With low PSI and a lot of grooving the sidewall will break in some. As for growing, no idea. Running 3-5 psi they always look a little shorter.

I have a set In possession.

Off the palet, they measured 38.5".

After a couple days at 30 psi they are measuring 39".

Mostly concerned with sidewall flex. I like my mtrk and they work super good, but I keep gashing sidewalls. Sx2 look so small next to the 40" mtrk.

Made any decisions yet? Im looking at going with a set of 40 13.50 16s, but i dont want a small tire... its funny that its shorter because on intercos sight they say they measure 40.20 on an 11 inch wheel.....

If they would make these in a sticky I'd be all over a set! Love my reds and would keep them but they just don't hook dirt like a swamper.

I have 5 at my shop. Put them in inventory for sale. If they sell great. If not I might end up with them. But I hope they sell.

unless you wheel exclusively west of the Mississippi I wouldn't run icants

how wide did they end up being? and did they ever get taller? 38-39 is about all i can squeeze under my rig and it be functional. but i want a little wider then the 12" 37"
