I have four 43/14.5/17 Swamper TSL/SX fer sail.
They have a ton of tread but also a ton of rash. All hold air perfectly fine.
I'm gonna guess they are bias. I can't find the word "radial" or "bias" anywhere on the sidewalls. $600
I also have 4 beaten soft 8 steel wheels,17x8, 8 on 6.5. You could straighten them back with a hammer & weld in reinforcements.
