78 f150 4x4 was bought new by friends grand dad. I bought it in a multiple buy out from him and don't need it. Has got the 351m motor auto trans 205 t case everything works perfect runs and drives perfect nothing wrong with it just needs a good bath. It has had patch panels and paint a few years ago. Will make someone a great daily driver. Jacksboro tn 37757 423-592-4181 price is 1800.00 and that's giving it away

most emissions are void 78 and back and you can put antique tags on and never have to register it again

With the antique tags you limited to mileage per year if I recall right like 2500 miles.

No, the government is not concerned with the mileage. If there is a restriction on mileage, they never check. The restriction is basically you cannot use it for general transportation. You are allowed to drive anywhere and anytime on the weekends and to, from or during an event during the week. You are also allowed to drive during the week for pleasure, service, etc. Just not for general transportation. Classic car insurance however does have the limited mileage.

Thanks for clearing that up for me I was wondering how it really worked in the real world.

only reason I know that is its how my gto is set up. I have heard they are changing the antique tags to where they are good for like 6 years then have to be renewed. Im not sure of the validity though.
