The original engine has been removed and professionally rebuilt:
-Cylinders bored .040 over
-New .040 over Flat top, high compression pistons
-New mains and rod bearings
-Rotating assebly has been balanced and blueprinted
-Intake and exhaust ports have been port matched both on the head and on the manifolds
-Head has been mildly re-worked and seals have been replaced
-Isky high-rpm torquer cam
-New OEM Oil pump
-New Timing belt
-New water pump and thermostat
Other bolt on performance parts include:
-Weber Redline Carb
-K&N Air Filter
-Calmini Tri-Y Stainless Steel header (DEI Heatwrapped to reduce underhood temps)
-Calmini 2" Performance Exhaust
-MSD Ignition Coil
-GM Alternator Conversion
-Electric Fuel Pump Conversion
Drivetrain Mods:
-Centerforce Dual-friction Clutch and Pressure plate (stock-like pedal feel with 30% increased torque-holding ability)
-Trail Tough 4.9:1 Transfer Case gears
-Mile Marker Premium locking hubs
-Mini-spool in the Rear Differential
-Calmini heavy-duty front axle shafts
-Calmini heavy-duty rear axle shafts
