Sold/Expired 8x6.5 spacer

I am in need of approximately a half inch spacer to get my wheels off of the brake caliper on the front. Anyone have a pair or is this even a common size?

I got a pair but I think they are 1" I'd have to check

Slip on spacers are super cheap, if you got the stud length to accommodate.

Used a set on the front of my Duramax for a while, and have to use one on my trailer spare for inner fender clearance because the spare wheel is slightly deeper backspaced

1 inch would probably be too much. 20 bucks seems reasonable enough.

Slip ons are 1/4"

If this is a highway vehicle be carefull.... Slip on spacers allow the wheel to put MUCH more leverage on the lugs...
If the wheels are hub centric and the spacers don't move em off the hub you are probably ok

Grinding the calipers MAY be a better choice

I've thought about starting the grinding too. I thought a 1/2 would be more than enough....a 1/4 might do it.

$11 shipped for 2 on the eBay. Not sure you'd find any cheaper unless you plasma cut some from scrap steel

Its more not wanting to send my information out. I was just informed by the federal government that my information was compromised due to a cyber attack. All of my personal information from background checks was taken....social, address, birthdate, mothers maiden name, etc, etc. They did offer three years of free fraud protection, then I am just left out on my own.

I actually got the caliper ground down enough to make it all work. When I come across someone that has some, I'll toss them a ten spot. People put them in the scrap pile I am sure. How sad is it that I don't even want to spend ten bucks on the inter webs anymore?

I was really hoping the Russians would buy some nice ****, pay it off, improve my credit score and then I could move into my new house with the matching Ferrari's out front.
