95 Jeep Wrangler Sahara YJ. Factory working AC/heat. Perfect body with only a few small dings and absolutely NO RUST!!! Original 4.0L w/ swapped in Aw4/Twin stick D300 w/ Novak adapter. Raddesign dual transmission shifter(like a manual valve body).
Axles: 1 ton Chevy axles.
D60 front: Completely rebuilt from hub to hub. Bearings, seals, etc. Warn Premium 35 spline hubs. 35 spline shafts all the way through. Yukon 5.13 gears. LocRite locker. Fresh fluid. New 1350 yoke. Less than 100 miles on rebuild
14Bolt rear: Disc brake conversion. Yukon 5.13 gears. Bluetorch fab diff cover. Shaved 1.5" for clearance. Welded. Fresh fluid. New 1350 yoke. Less than 100 miles on rebuild.
Brakes: All new calipers, rotors, pads, and lines front and rear. Stainless braided lines. 4 wheel disc master cylinder conversion. All parts have less than 100 miles on them. Fresh Fluid throughout.
Afco line locks front and rear mounted to floorboard.
Suspension:
Front: Yj/Wagoneer spring packs SOA. Frenched into the frame. All new bushings, bolts, and center pins.
Rear: Isuzu Trooper spring packs SUA. All new bushings, bolts, center pins, and shackles.
Shocks: Rough Country 12" travel front and 10" travel rear. Custom shock hoops front and rear. New bump stops and mounts. Less than 100 miles on everything.
This thing is about as low slung as you can get on leaf springs at only 22" to the bottom of the frame.
Steering: Brand new Hydro-assist setup. Factory box tapped. New pump, reservoir, lines, and ram. DOM tierod and draglink w/ hiem joints.
Wheels/Tires:
no longer have 42s thats in pic comes with 8 lug rollers.
Fuel System: RCI fuel cell mounted in cab. ES2000 pump custom mounted. All lines are new and wired into the factory system so it starts up like a stock vehicle would.
