Selling our 1999 Jayco 12 UD ST for parts after a serious water leak in roof has made it unusable.
The good: We believe the refrigerator, AC, portapotty/shower (interior/exterior) still work. Cabinets are in ok condition. It is equipped with front storage unit.
The bad: lift system won't work because floor where it is mounted has degraded. We believe the mechanical system is intact and would work if mounted to solid surface.
The ugly: tent, particularly over front bed, is completely degraded and moldy. Not sure how bad water damage is in roof or sides but we estimate it is bad.
