GM NV4500 4wd transmission to toyota 21 or 23 spline gear drive transfer case adapter from advanced adapters. Contains everything from advanced adapters part# 50-0215 and #50-0216 (only difference between to part numbers is the coupler, I have both the 21 and 23 spline). Only thing missing is the paper gasket for the toyota transfer case and the sheet metal top cover needed if you use a top shift case.
Run either a 21 or 23 spline case behind the nv4500 with this. I am also including the GM 4wd main shaft from the transmission already cut down to advanced adapters spec per the kit so if you take the effort to swap it out then you can return your nv4500 back to factory after if you decide to no longer use a toyota case behind.
Was hoping it would fit in a flat rate but it doesn't so I'll have to get a shipping quote for it.
