Where are you located? Is the harness modified for a simple hookup? Also is it drive by cable or drive by wire?

Located in hendersonville tn 37075. It is drive by wire. It is a simple hookup for the harness.

What ratio atlas

3:1 ratio on the atlas and i believe it is a 1800 stall on the converter i can look it up or google GM4 tow and the converter is new and non lockup.
