nope wont work at all ;) better let me take that stuff off your hands so you can get busy with the right stuff.

we're planning the entry and exit routes before too much is added

It's gonna be a squeeze in and out but i wanted to keep to s10 proportions and keep a good size for a std window net

little update

I've bumped the starter to make sure things rotate and everything was great - last week

last night we wired everything thing up, filled the fluids and were ready for a trial run

hit the starter wire - click in the relay then nothing? fuel pump and everything else is being controlled correctly by the computer.
- try again - click and hold, then a bit of smoke???
try again - click hold , lots of smoke???? Main wire harness (2-3" dia) all stock is hot and smoking

turns out the starter is grounded to itself and shorting everything else out???

Getting a new starter today and gonna retry

Could I have damaged anything else? could it be a different problem?

We unhooked everything but the starter wire and tried it again and still the wires got hot so I can only assume that's the problem
we unhooked all the grounds and tried again and nothing got hot

Ab workout with that much recline on a race seat. Other than that, cool buggy

people have said that alot - however....

1. I need it
2. there's no reason to sit up cause there's nothing to look over, you can see everything from the reclined postion and it is Mucho Comfortable with the feet so high

there's room to sit it up but it puts your feet higher or level with your ass.

think of how you sit in a chair and where your feet are - then just rotate everything back and that's how it is

It may not work out but we'll let you know if we're wrong

we'll get some vid of it running soon - not much has changed, we're working on electrical, plumbing and interior skins.

FYI I'm not too keen on the look of the brow bars but there will be an AL roof covering them so it was the easiest way to do it - so I don't want to hear it when I do post pics

My AL roof looks like straight up ass... I wont lie. I tacked tabs in place and bolted it down so its gotta funky wave in it right were it should look the best laughing1 But hey, it was fast and free... so you know its P ! thumb.gif

Fugg it though, I can always redo an AL roof later when time is available ya know...

Priority is get it ready to wheel... I can and will tinker with it for years to come so that kinda thing Im not initially worried about. ya know.

Your all on the right page.We built Adams red one a year ago and we've allmost got the bugs out of it.The first few months you run is nothing but TESTING.Routine maintaince is the key.Looking good and good luck.

Well, chassis is welded and painted now. Gloss black so it will look good the first time it rolls out of the truck. Travis is going to finish up the front axle welds tonight and then we should be reassembling tomorrow. I don't have any pics here at work, but it does look good in black. We're cutting it close, but hope to have it running by the end of the weekend. Going to be tough though since we have my 30th bday party this Saturday.

The toter is getting worked on also, can't both be in the garage while he is painting. Can't wait for the season to get here just hope it holds off long enough to get this thing finished!

floors a little sticky but it'll cure!

We're in a hurry to bang this thing out

I still got few minor things to weld on but it's just rustoleum black so a can touch up is no biggy

It is back under it's own weight again. Slowly getting things put back into place. The firewall is all done, just need to paint a couple pieces and get them installed. I've started the wiring, but it really sucks to do. Hopefully get it fired tonight again. I'll try and post some pics of the shorty shaft between the divorced case and transaxle. It turned out great.
