hey bill , i got several motors that can be built that i thought about selling 4 or 5 of them. i am only going to keep one to build for my sons rig.
located in scottsboro al.

i have a couple of them i would let go for $100.00,
one has a bad crank, let it go for $50.00
one has a hole in the side of the block, good crank , took the head off of it looks to be good $50.00 for block crank and pistons. $75.00 for the head.
one started knocking, i bought a new head and cam and new timing chain for it cost me $450.00, i will let that one go for $250.00, motor had abought 3 months on it before that happened
or do some trading other toyota stuff

Tell me more about the motors , what year are they? I have a complete front end with brakes, hub to hub. I've been asking 300$ for it. I may be interested!

i think one is a 83 model that spun a bearing
one is a 82 model with spun bearing, motor started knocking so i think it is a bearing, did not sound like a wrist pin
one came out of my 89 4 runner efi motor, started knocking in it, so i had it pulled, found out it was a remanufactured motor.

I'm trying to keep it limited to '85 and up stuff I have a rebuildable 82 and a '80 may be 20 r , sorry I did not say that up front . I will redo my post . I would like to sell and just invest in newer stuff . we may still work some thing out ! Thanks Bill

I GIVE UP ANGRY FAB, I am going to take them apart and build the ones i can, then sell them.
and scrap what i dont need.

I'll work with anybody! But I need parts that fit 85 and newer! The older stuff is smaller and more expensive to build and I have 2 of those to trade or rebuild myself. they were both running. no knocks. I may use them to build a 20/22r hybrid .. I hear they will run. Sorry if things don't workout!

so are interestd in the 1989 efi motor that i just had pulled out, does not have any of the efi intake stuff on it because i had to use it on my new motor.

What exactly are you looking for? I have parts leftover from '85 and '86 4runners and an '87 truck.
I'm looking for an SR5 drivers seat-gray with the SR5 logo fabric for an '85 and possibly another high pinion diff.
Some of the stuff is here, but I have other parts not pictured:
