Feeler to see if anyone wanted to loan me a set of 6-lugs wheels and tires for Reiter Rock Crawl. I'm building new axles for my rig, which was kind of a last-minute thing, and going from 5 lug to 6-lug and am short rims to move my current 35's to. Which brought up the idea of seeing if someone maybe had a set of 37's or similar they wouldn't mind loaning. Something between 35 and 37. BFG or MT/R or similar preferred. I know it's kind of a long shot but I figured what the heck.

I'll let you put a sticker on the rig..... or NOT once you see it :redneck:

Mark,

I have a set of 36 bias IROKs you can borrow, already mounted on 6 lug wheels. I'll PM you my number, it's the same number, if you still have it. I can drop them off at your house or work. :hi:

I have some 36" old school TSLs on 6 lug beadlocks. Would be quite a drive for you to get them though.

Thanks for the offer guys. However, due to time constraints... you know, family and work, my replacement frame and new axles was put on the back burning and its going to be 'run what you brung' with my old POS one more time (think I have said that for 3 years now).

Fixed a couple things that were still broken or failing since last year, fixed a couple things that I have been 'meaning to' and I think I'm about as ready as I'm going to be. Found out my old Warn HS9500 has a bad motor which probably cost HOS and I a place last year, so I swapped out for the t-max I had on my trailer. Slower, but has been reliable so far. Replaced my throttle cable that I had repaired twice now with electrical tape and an Icehouse beer can I found on the side of the road (Poo would be proud other than it wasn't PBR). Moved my shifter so I can actually reach it when harnessed in and made sure the POS still mostly runs. Still not happy with my PS pump/belt, but its much better now than it was last year. And of course found out last weekend that my radiator is on its last legs but seems to be holding for now with two cans of 'stop leak' in it. But I don't have time to get a replacement and my parts pile it all out of good spares.

Should be fun. After all, if it wasn't fun why would we do it? :cheer:
