Headed there for work end of month. Any must see places??

I spent some time down there working a year or so ago, not really much to see in Trinidad. I was doing some work for Caribbean Airways and a couple of the locals took us out to some local bars and hit a street vendor for some food. We had a car and the only real advice they gave us was don't go up into the mountains, apparently that is where the drugs are grown and harvested. They said unlike here in the states, their Mall is a safe haven, even for Gringo's. Most of the folks we encountered seemed pretty nice. If you hook up with some locals ask them to take you to a good street vendor for a couple of "Doubles". Google it, but let the description fool you, they are damn good.
