In an effort to continue to help grow parks, and allow people to enjoy more off-road action/wheeling:
It has been brought to our attention multiple times in the last few weeks that someone needed to get with all the park owners and event promotors, and come up with an event calendar for 2014 so we aren't scheduling events on top of each other. We will have a meeting at the most central park for everyone and for the ones that can't make it, we will have a conference call set up so we all can discuss openly what dates you need. Even with this effort we won't be able to eliminate all double bookings, but hopefully we can cut down on them, allowing spectators and trail riders to attend more events.
For the events that have been going on for several years, we will try to accommodate you first... For example, RBD is always the weekend after Thanksgiving, and it will remain then as long as Ricky B wants to do it, that's not saying you can't have an event that day, just saying that, that one probably won't be moved.
We will decide on a date for this ASAP, but it will more than likely be in October.
