ATV legal on county roads

I just read a thing saying ATV's are legal on county roads in Kittitas county. It has to be street licensed and have a licensed driver. I'm not smart enough to post the link maybe someone else can. :redneck:

I think its a statewide thing now. Have to get an ATV shop to sign off on your street legal upgrades, and cant ride above 35mph roads and etc etc etc. Still not sure if the forest service bought off on it yet, which means running an atv on the FS roads might still be a no go.

Okanogan county has designated roads where atvs are allowed . 35mph max and no requirement to make it street legal.

In Tonasket you are allowed the roads are marked which roads you can and cannot..
