Specs: 76 Bronco, 351W on propane, np435- granny 1st, np205, HP60 front 5.38s chromoly inners and outers driveslugs with Spartan locker, TRU HI 9 rear, 5.38s spool and chromoly shafts. Nitro shocks all the way around, dove tailed front and rear, a lot of metal gone to lighten it up.

Currently I am running 37" Blue Labels but like everyone else I want to go bigger on my next tire buy so what would be the max tire size I could run and be good to go.

Re:

I'd sell the rear axle and replace it with a true one ton axle before going any bigger in size myself...

I had considered doing a shaved 14 bolt out back especially after i read in another thread about the Barnes diff cover

14 bolt with barnes cover would be my vote. The hp 60 should be up to task.

Well there might be a tru hi 9 complete rear axle for sale in the near future. Especially after I found out you can do a 14 bolt wheel pattern conversion to 5x5.5 so I don't have to buy all new wheels and tires

Re:

I'd go 14b rear and convert the front back to 8 lug. Should be able to setup the 5 lug stuff to swap and have money left over

anybody got an idea on average price for a 31 spline tru hi 9 with disk brakes?

Your rear axle is 35 spline, not 31. Plus you have red labels, not blue.

No, it had red labels when I bought the bronco and sold it to you.
