Nice, you don't really think of August as hunting season but it's good to know it's here. August is the time I get in the last family camping trips, creek fishing, and a few single tracks on the KTM. Sweet bear.

Its tough on the westside, they're mid elevation 1000-3000 ft right now (where the berries are ripe currently). Right in the thickest stuff. And then with this hot weather, they are staying deep in the thick **** and only feeding out in the open areas when it cools off. Hopefully ill find one next weekend.
