Best head gaskets for alum heads

My head gaskets are leaking on my 400sbc. Motor was new 9 yrs ago and it set up for that long. Its .040 with pro 1 alum heads. And yes I didn't drill the steam holes in the heads. I will while they are off. What's the best head gasket I should use on those alum heads.?

Mine has fel pro race gaskets and arp studs!

Normally aspirated? Fel-pro perma torque and ARP bolts will be fine.

Can't beat cometic head gaskets, if the block had machine marks on the top , the spray copper mr. Gasket on both sides of the gasket seals great, cosmetics are good for high compression and boosted motors

Cometic! I wouldnt suggest running a copper gasket unless its strickly a drag race engine, to easy to leak coolant somewhere
