Here's a few pics of my 59' Apache that I bought 12 years ago bone stock, tore it down to the bare frame and did a 100% frame up rebuild on it over a one year period.
600HP 350 chevy, B & M Megablower, 400-205, Dana 60, 14 bolt, 4wheel disc, billet column, white face autometers, mirrored stainless firewall, 39" boggers, 14" wide welds, way too much to list!
This truck runs like a raped ape!! :D
This is a fair weather pavement pounder that will never see inner fenderwells, wipers, mudflaps or fender flares, the state patrol can kiss my ass! I'll pay the ticket. :cool:

The first pic is of my gray 85' when I first built it 5 years ago before all the chrome. The second and 3rd pic is of my red 97' powerstroke 5 speed that I built from a totaled out wreck that I drove and towed all over the country for 9 years. It usually had 39" mickeys on it, the 44" boggers were just on once in a while around town.
The ford was rolled hard when I bought it and the motor had two bent connecting rods in it, I pulled the motor apart on the tailgate, pulled the heads off, the crank out, pulled the two bent rods and pistons out, put two new rods in with new main bearings, screwed it together, crossed my fingers...............and drove it for 160k miles with NO issues!
The frame, cab, doors and noseclip was also replaced in my garage.
I got lucky on that one considering that was the first motor I ever attempted that with. :cool:

Second is pulling into the 4x4 swapmeet this spring.
Third one is my rig parked on a buddy's 49" Irok at the hammers a year ago thanksgiving day.

More 92' jambo...........3rd pic, badass magazine truck from 91-92, blown big block chev, 900 horse, 2 1/2 ton rockwells, tilt nose and bed, this truck is locked up all the way around, right after I took this pic I asked him if it would spin the tires................he proceded to give the most incredible 4 wheel burnout I have ever seen!!!!!! I still get goosebumps thinking about it. :awesomework:

1st and 2nd pics, Suds bucket, grand national show winner for many, many years in a row!! Incredible truck with mirrored stainless everywhere, pissed off big block ford with DUAL 6-71 blowers, tilt bed and cab, fully functional and driveable!

Damn, I'll have to dig for it but I think they had the typical 80's graph squares and squiggles on the frame in that issue too.... it was pure 80's gheyness.
